Rent-to-Rent Serviced Accommodation (R2RSA)
We rent your property and run it as short-stay accommodation.
This is different from us managing a property for you. Under a rent-to-rent arrangement RIG becomes the property's tenant on agreed company terms, then takes responsibility for furnishing, presenting and running it for short stays. Suitability depends on the property, its location and the terms we agree. If you would rather keep running the property yourself and simply have it managed, our Property Management service is the better fit.
RIG takes on the operation
We coordinate guest communication, cleaning, linen, changeovers and the day-to-day running required for short stays.
Presented properly
Properties are furnished, styled and photographed to a standard we are happy to put our name to.
Booking platforms and direct
We manage how the property is presented and booked, with a RIG direct-booking channel being developed for future stays.
Care of the property
Regular eyes on the property, with maintenance picked up quickly between stays.
